Friday August 16 7:00pm - 8:30pm kumite only

Saturday August 17 10:00 - 12:00 Kata Only 1:00-3.00pm kumite and 5:30 - 7:00 ONLY those athletes going to Jr. PKF in Brazil #1 & #2 seed ONLY

Sunday August 18

8:30am- 9:30 Kata only

10:00- 12:00 Kumite

1:00 - 2:00 only #1 & #2 seed only Kumite.

More information will be provided at a later date.

Bring all Kumite equipment, water and athletic attire. Full uniform at every practice unless national coaches change it.
